After graduating from Bourbon County High School, Dr. Abby Brodzik enrolled in the Oxford Honors program at nearby Georgetown College, where she studied biology and cheered on the Tigers before enrolling in dental school.
After college, Dr. Brodzik was a dental assistant at orthodontics practices in Paris, Cynthiana, and Winchester.
Upon graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, she considered many offers to join practices across Kentucky.
“I had mutiple job offers, but I always hoped I’d find an opportunity to practice in Paris.
Dr. McFarland is the best dentist in Bourbon County, and I’m grateful to work with him and help this practice continue to grow.”

About Dr. Bart McFarland
Dr. Bart McFarland graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1987, and he moved back to his hometown and opened his private practice.
He spent the next three decades earning the trust of his patients and community, and his reputation grew. Dr. McFarland continues to lead the practice at Central Kentucky Cosmetic & Family Dentistry.
With the addition of Dr. Brodzik, their team will be able to see more patients than ever.
