When you help a friend, classmate, or colleague join a dental practice supported by Tailwater, we’ll pay you an ambassador fee of $5,000 -$10,000.

Tailwater launched our Dental Ambassador Network in the Fall of 2024 to make it easier for dental professionals to help their friends, colleagues, and classmates explore professional opportunities.

That’s where you come in.
Opportunities are constantly updating as we hire and partner with more practices, but at the time of this writing, we’re actively recruiting associate dentists to join thriving practices in West Tennessee.

In September ‘24, new dental school grad Dr. Salim Mistrih joined Rolla Family Dentistry in Rolla, Missouri.
In January of ‘24, experienced dentist Dr. Amanda Brown joined Curtiss Dentistry in Maryville, TN (just outside of Knoxville).
